OUR STORY
Returning to Our Roots
Ashley grew up on over 100 acres in Eastern Kentucky, where she milked dairy cattle, helped tend to her family's beef cattle, and spent many summer days on the porch with her parents and sister. While Andy did not have the privilege of growing up on a farm, he DID learn a thing or two about the old ways from his farming grandfather.
After living in suburban communities in the early part of their marriage, Andy & Ashley were eager to raise their children out in the country. After years of saving and searching, their dream came true in January 2021, when they purchased a small farm in Northeastern Alabama.
They both feel so, so thankful the Lord brought their family to such a beautiful, loving community and look forward to serving the area for years to come.

A Bit More About Parr Creek Farms
Andy and Ashley, along with their four growing children, strive to produce the highest quality Wagyu Beef, F1s, and 100% Angus Beef possible while adhering to natural and organic processes. They strive to remove unnecessary and harmful products from their own family's lives, replacing them with simple, wholesome alternatives, and hope to do the same for their customers. Andy is a roadway design engineer who enjoys raising cattle, keeping bees, and farming. Ashley is a homeschooling mama, birth & postpartum doula, and childbirth educator who enjoys creating all-organic products that can be confidently and safely used around even the youngest of babes.

Our Children
We have four blessings: Grayson (9), Caroline (7), Emmy (2), and Jon Marshall (1). They're the best little farm hands and make life SO fun! They often accompany us on meat deliveries or to buy and sell cattle, but their favorite place to be is in the yard playing with chickens (or in the cattle squeeze chute!)! We choose not to share our children online very often (for their safety!), but we hope you'll get to meet us all in person someday soon!
