Out of a desire to lower their family's toxic load (without blowing their budget on expensive alternatives!), Ashley began making most of their family's personal care items: lotion, body butter, soap, chapstick, bath bombs, "shower fizzies," deodorant, etc. with organic, simple ingredients. After seeing that family members, young and old, loved the new items, she decided to offer them to friends and family. They have been thoroughly enjoyed in numerous households since!

This desire to lower their family's toxic load extended to candles, too! 100% pure beeswax is a much healthier alternative to paraffin candles (which are made from petroleum by-products and emit numerous carcinogens when burned (1)). 100% pure beeswax candles do not contain any toxic chemicals, so they do not emit any damaging pollutants into the air when burned. They also do not produce soot! In fact, when burned, beeswax candles produce negative ions which bind with air pollutants (positive ions) and drop to the floor, removing them from the air and leaving it cleaner! (2) Plus, beeswax candles emit a lovely natural, light-honey scent when burned. Hand-dipping 100% beeswax candles is an amazingly soothing, relaxing hobby, too! We are proud to offer 100% beeswax tapers made with locally sourced beeswax (hopefully we will have wax from our own hives soon!), hand-dipped right by our little crew! What a labor of love it is! Taking an entire day to complete the process, and usually well over 20 pounds of beeswax, candle-making time is a big day on the farm! We hope you love the results as much as we do!

100% Pure Beeswax Taper Candles

Made from organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, raw shea butter, organic cocoa butter, and only therapeutic grade essential oils for scent, this whipped body butter is deeply moisturizing without leaving any greasy residue behind.

  • Coconut oil is naturally antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory. It can help to treat acne, promote wound healing, and is very moisturizing. (3)

  • Olive oil is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and has been linked to improved skin moisturization, anti-aging effects, and relief from sun damage.(4)

  • Raw shea butter is a great moisturizer that contains anti-inflammatory substances, which ease swelling and redness in skin. It is also rich in vitamins A & E, two antioxidants that can slow skin aging. (5)

  • Cocoa Butter is yet another deep moisturizer that is packed with antioxidants. (6)

  • Various essentials oils can be used to create custom scents for you!

Made with organic olive oil, organic cane sugar, and essential oils of your choosing, this sugar scrub is exfoliating, moisturizing, and leaves your skin silky smooth!

Various homemade soaps are available including Honey Goatmilk Oatmeal Soap, Citrus Shea Butter Soap, and Lavender Oatmeal Soap. All made with natural and organic ingredients and scented only with pure essential oils. Contact us for more info!

Several homemade lip balms and chapsticks are available, all made with organic coconut oil, organic cocoa butter, 100% pure beeswax, and essential oils for scent. Custom scents can be made, too!

Made with citric acid, baking soda, epsom salt, cornstarch, and essential oils, these fizzing balls offer lots of bath time fun,  with no artificial fragrances or dangerous chemicals! Custom Scents (or unscented!) are available.

Made with only 100% pure beeswax from local beekeepers and 100% cotton wicks, these tapers are a beautiful and safe addition to your home. They offer a lovely glow and beautiful honey scent to your home. See our "Shop" page for current availability.
